Acceptance of Terms
By using mixamprinting.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms referenced herein. “You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services. All users must be 18 years or older, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Registration
Some services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Mixam is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to domestic and international addresses. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by location and product. Once your order leaves our facility, Mixam is not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers. Customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
All products must be inspected upon receipt. Claims for damage, misprints, or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims may be refunded or reprinted at our discretion.
Defective Products and Limitations
Due to production tolerances, minor deviations in size, color, or cutting (±2.5%) are not considered defects. Claims based on such deviations will not be accepted. Mixam is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect file submissions.
Customer Submitted Artwork
Files must be submitted in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI resolution, and in the formats specified on our site. You affirm that you own or have the legal right to reproduce any content submitted. We are not liable for unauthorized artwork usage or copyright infringement.
Content License and Copyright
By submitting content, you grant Mixam a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your materials solely for production purposes. All intellectual property rights remain with you or their rightful owners.
Overruns and Proofing
Orders may be subject to ±8% overrun or underrun due to industry standards. Electronic or physical proofs must be approved by you before production. Mixam is not liable for errors overlooked in approved proofs.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options listed at checkout. Payment is due in full prior to production unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur interest of 2% per month on outstanding balances.
